| 1. What makes
Paper Posies different from other clubs? Paper Posies
offers the newest products available. We hunt for products that
coordinate perfectly and try to bring you a wide variety every
month! We strive to find unique and interesting kits that would
not ever be found in a store. We literally dig through stacks
of catalogs and web sites to bring you unique, fun kits.
One of the most unique and fun features of Paper Posies is
the altered project included in each kit. From clipboards to
mini albums, and paint cans to tag books, there will always
be something fun to create each and every month. These altered
projects can be used as meaningful gifts or priceless family
treasures.

2. What day of the month will
my credit card be billed?
Billing occurs around the 5th of each month. For example, if
a 6-month membership starting with June’s kit is purchased
on May 20th, the first charge would occur on June 5th. Charging
will then occur near the 5th of each month for the remaining
subscription. If past kits are being purchased, credit cards
are charged immediately and shipping occurs shortly thereafter.

3. When will Paper Posies ship
my monthly kit?
Kits ship near the 10th of each month via United States Postal
Service (USPS). Kits shipped in the United States are shipped
priority mail which usually takes 1-3 business days. International
shipments also ship through USPS and can take 1-3 weeks. Shipping
to the United States and shipping internationally may take a
little longer during times of heavy mail traffic (i.e. holidays).

4. When does my subscription
begin?
Subscriptions automatically begin with the current month’s
kit unless the current month’s kit is sold out. Previous
kits may also be purchased by accessing our previous
kits page here.

5. What if my kit is damaged
in shipping?
We take great pride in carefully packaging your kit. However,
occasionally a package is damaged in shipping. If your kit has
been damaged please email us at: info@paperposies.com,
and arrangements will be made to return the damaged kit and
replace it with a new one. If the kit is no longer available,
we will either refund your purchase or extend your membership
an additional month.

6.
What if I need to change my shipping or billing information?
Any changes of your information can be updated on our
secure message board here. Please do not send updated information
through email, as this is not a secure method. All credit card
and other personal information should be updated through the
secure message board to protect your identity.

Where can I find ideas about how to put together my kit?
If you are feeling “scrapbookers block” or just
need fresh ideas of how to use this month’s kit please
visit Paper Posies' Design Gallery.
Our design team members are good at what they do and provide
an excellent source of ideas and ways to jump-start your own
creativity. We are always putting together fun projects with
lots of ideas and techniques to try out. Also, check out the
Message
Board. This is agreat place to chat with other Paper Posies
members and see what they do with their kits.

8.
What other forms of payment does Paper Posies accept?
Paper Posies currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
credit cards.

9.
I would love to join the Paper Posies Design Team. How can I
do this?
Please see the Design Team page for a
list of current design team members and other details. Occasionally
vacancies will come up in the design team roster. When this
occurs a message will be posted on Paper Posies’ Message
Board.

10.
How do you figure shipping costs?
Each kit shipped to the United States is charged a flat shipping
rate of $7.50. On average the kits cost more than this to ship,
but we like to pass as much savings on to our customers as possible.
International shipments are charged on a case-by-case basis
as explained in the answer to question 11 below.

What about overseas shipping?
We do ship overseas and are more than happy to do so. The following

Can I skip kits?
We realize that you may be a little short of cash one month
or maybe you already have some of the kit contents. Skipping
kits is allowed according to the following:
3-month subscription: 1 skip allowed
6-month subscription: 2 skips allowed
To skip a month, simply email us at info@paperposies.com
before the 1st of the month you wish to skip. This will then
automatically lengthen your subscription by one month.

13.
What if I have to cancel my subscription due to financial issues,
or other extenuating reasons?
A $15.00 fee is assessed when a kit subscription is cancelled.
This is an unfortunate situation, but we must charge this fee
since we are ordering kits several months in advance based on
current subscriptions.

May I ship my kit to someone else?
Yes, you may ship your kit to someone else. If you would like to do this, please email us by the first of the month with the address to which you’d like it shipped.

How do I renew my kit subscription?
Kit renewal is super easy! All 3-month and 6-month subscriptions
are automatically renewed. After your initial subscription period
you may cancel at any time without paying the cancellation fee.
This way you do not have to worry about missing a kit or responding
to a renewal notice.
