I’m Michele Applehans, the owner of Paper Posies. I love scrapbooking! To me, the most important aspect of scrapbooking is preserving precious memories through pictures, keepsakes, and journaling, while creating meaningful pages using the latest and greatest scrapbooking “goodies”! My philosophy is to use paper and embellishments in such a way that that my photographs remain the main emphasis on the page while still creating my own work of art. The memories rekindled by the photos and journaling I scrap, is the reason I LOVE to do it. So happy, memorable scrapping to you!

Hi, my name is MaryAnn Metcalf. I am the wife to my high school sweetheart, Mike and the mom to three great kids who are growing up way too fast! They definitely keep our life interesting and I wouldn't want it any other way. We live in Mesa, Arizona and love the hot summers and warm winters here in the southwest. I have been scrapping since the birth of my youngest son and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner and realize the importance of taking lots of pictures of our lives! The thing that I love the most about scrapping is that I am telling the story of our family through pictures and journaling and truly try to focus on those two areas. I don't know if I can define my scrapping "style" but I do know that I love trying new products and challenging myself to try new techniques. I also love studying other's work and learning from what I see. Photography is a fairly new love of mine and I'm working on improving my knowlege and skills in that area. Some of my other hobbies include rubber stamping, reading, traveling, and hanging out with my family.

Hi, my name is Shemaine Smith and I live in Southern California with my wonderful family. I'm a stay at home mom to two and married to my best friend. I started scrapbooking just after my son was born almost 12 years ago and never stopped. I can't imagine a day without playing with paper, glue and stamps. I also enjoy card making and altering items. A favorite technique of mine is to re-use and recycle packaging and other items in my layouts and cards. I’m the Paper Posies Altered project gal. Each month we have a special project included in the kit and I'll be showing you some fun ways to use it. My other interests are photography, playing tennis, flea markets and antique shopping and writing my scrapbooking column.

Hello!! My name is Cassonda Tadlock (aka Sonda). I've been scrapbooking about 7yrs. I live in Northern California with my husband and daughter, Baylee. She is a special needs child, which makes life very challenging sometimes. You will see she is the subject of most of my scrapbooking projects. I enjoy working at her school as her personal assistant and teaching scrapbooking classes at Expo's here in California. I also enjoy stamping and shopping!! The Kits here at Paper Posies are the best! I am so excited to be a part of this team!
